Huawei India has launched a comprehensive 24-page detailed paper called Cyber Security Perspectives; 21st century technology & security - A difficult Marriage. The paper was launched in conjunction with the visit of Huawei's Global Chief Security Officer and author of the white paper, John Suffolk to India.
As part of the ICT ecosystem, Huawei has shared its experience and knowledge in cyber security through this paper, with the industry with the aim to help everyone to safely, easily and equally benefit from the vast information flow.
According to John Suffolk, “This White Paper is a step towards improving industry awareness of Huawei’s global efforts in the area of cyber security and presents our view on actions companies and governments need to carry out to manage the global cyber security challenge”.
The paper outlines the impact cyber security is having on technology, the global supply chain, and society. The development of networks enables people from different regions to have more equal opportunities for development, allows different cultures to communicate on a common footing, and advances the progress of human civilization.
Cai Liqun, CEO, Huawei India, said, “In addition to being partners with 45 of 50 global telecom operators, today Huawei also partners with almost all Indian telecom network operators. It is a matter of pride for us that and has also become the partner of choice for all our customers.”
