Numeros Motors, an innovative electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer founded by Shreyas Shibulal, son of Infosys co-founder S D Shibulal, is set to debut its flagship electric two-wheeler, the Diplos, at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in Delhi on January 17. This EV launch will also kick off bookings for the latest model, Diplos Max, marking a significant milestone in the EV industry and India's transition to eco-friendly transportation.
The Diplos platform will be available in three variants: Diplos Max, Diplos Pro, and Diplos I-Pro, each designed to meet diverse customer needs while promoting green mobility. The Electric Scooters in this lineup feature cutting-edge technology, including high-performance LED lighting, dual disc brakes, and advanced smart features such as geofencing, vehicle tracking, and theft alerts. The Diplos Max, in particular, will be available for booking at the expo, catering to growing demand for electric two-wheelers (E2W) that combine sustainability with performance.

The company’s manufacturing facility, located in Narasapura, Bengaluru, spans 16 acres and features a 20,000-square-foot production unit capable of producing 70,000 units annually. Equipped with advanced design and development infrastructure, the facility includes a styling studio and a validation lab to ensure the highest quality standards.
Setting new standards in electric mobility
In a groundbreaking achievement, Numeros Motors recently completed India’s largest-ever pilot test for electric two-wheelers, covering over 13.9 million kilometers. This rigorous testing showcased the durability, safety, and reliability of the Diplos range across diverse terrains, setting new standards for electric vehicle performance in India.
Since its founding in 2019, Numeros Motors has focused on creating indigenous Electric Two-Wheelers (E2W) that meet the evolving needs of Indian consumers. With over 200 intellectual property filings and 113 granted, the company has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation in the EV industry. Numeros Motors has expanded its presence to 14 cities, with plans to further grow its distribution network across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
