Rosslare Announces AxTraxNG 21.6
2012-12-20
Rosslare Enterprises Ltd. has announced the availability of AxTraxNG Software version 21.6. It supports CCTV IP cameras, including open protocol devices such as ONVIF and PSIA. The integration allows full control of the video management features from the AxtraxNG client. ViTrax now supports a remote web client connection via any PC and mobile browser.
AxtraxNG 21.6 includes car parking management, which allows setting up groups that have a limited number of users who can access a particular area in a parking lot. This feature is counter based, meaning it keeps track of a specific number of spaces for users in a specified area. When the limit is reached, access is no longer granted.
The new release continues to offer a wide range of networked controllers and now supports the AC-215IP and 2-reader networked access controller. AC-215IP is suitable for applications with up to 30,000 users across over 4000 doors, allowing maximum flexibility for securing a growing enterprise. It has onboard RS-232/485 and TCP/IP communication ports for networking and remote PC connection. AxtraxNG 21.6 also introduces dual reader protocol support. This allows a reader to read two different card formats, such as FSK (HID) and ASKS, increasing the flexibility of the system.
