Sourav Ganguly to represent OGTS
2013-03-26An identity management company named “One Gateway Techno Services” (OGTS) has been launched, which aims at addressing the Rs.10,000 crore (estimated) market for identity management solutions and services. In an announcement made by the CEO, Sourav Ganguly will be associated with the company as its brand ambassador. One Gateway Techno Services will soon start rolling out identity management solutions for consumers, government and enterprises. With the key objective “SIMPLIFY LIFE”, the company aims at making aspirations accessible for the customer.
Sourav Ganguly, Former Indian cricket team captain, said, "I am quite proud to be associated with such a unique business venture. I am sure One Gateway Techno Services will provide unique identity management solutions to consumers and establishments that are designed to make process of identity management faster, more secure and, above all, far more convenient and simpler."
Vishwanath Sivaswamy, MD & CEO, One Gateway Techno Services, said, “Individuals and businesses (entities) interact and access information, avail privileges, and conduct transactions. Identity is the currency of these interactions between different entities. However, in today’s world, entities – individuals and businesses alike – carry multiple versions of identities, and most of which have limited currency. Managing multiple identities comes at a cost and an increased risk of identity theft and fraud.”
He added that One Gateway Techno Services will provide unique identity management solutions to consumers and establishments that are designed to make process of identity management faster, more secure, and above all far more convenient and simpler. As per the organization, the quantum of the market opportunity in India for such services is more than Rs.10,000 crore and One Gateway Techno Services will look to actively address the market. It is also planning to soon come out with various pilots and solutions to test the Indian market.
