HPE has announced the appointment of Sajan Paul as General Manager, India at HPE Networking, effective immediately. In this role, Sajan is responsible for spearheading the business strategy, execution, and growth of HPE’s networking portfolio in the country, with a focus on advancing AI-driven, intelligent networking to support digital transformation across industries.
A seasoned industry leader, Sajan brings nearly three decades of rich experience spanning the telecom and networking sectors. Prior to joining HPE, he served as Managing Director and Country Manager for Juniper Networks across India and SAARC, where he led regional strategy, P&L management, sales execution, and team leadership. During his tenure, he held multiple senior leadership roles across engineering and sales, and has worked closely with telecom operators, large enterprises, and public-sector organizations, including government, defense, and education institutions, to support large-scale network modernization initiatives. Earlier in his career, Sajan held senior roles at Cisco Systems, including Vice President – Systems Engineering for the IT/ITeS vertical, and has also worked with Nortel and Avaya.
