Unveiled at PegaWorld 2025, Pega Infinity '25 is the first agentic enterprise transformation platform, combining reasoning and semantic AI to enable autonomous yet reliable agents, addressing the high failure rate of traditional enterprise AI projects
Pegasystems Inc. has officially launched Pega Infinity '25, a next-generation enterprise platform designed to help organizations modernize legacy systems and scale automation using trustworthy AI agents. The release introduces a range of enhancements aimed at improving reliability, collaboration, and productivity through a more structured approach to artificial intelligence in business processes.
Unveiled during the company’s annual PegaWorld conference, Infinity '25 is described as the first "agentic enterprise transformation platform"—a term used to define systems where AI agents can work autonomously yet reliably within enterprise-grade governance.
AI agents designed for dependability
While many AI-driven initiatives have faced implementation challenges—citing recent MIT research that claims 95% of enterprise AI projects fall short—Pega says it has taken a different route. The platform integrates various types of AI, from reasoning AI used during workflow design, to semantic AI at runtime, aiming to ensure both creativity and predictability.
A cornerstone of the release is the Pega Agentic Process Fabric, a framework that enables seamless coordination among AI agents and existing enterprise systems. It offers centralized control through a conversational interface that intelligently routes requests across platforms and departments.
Tools for modernization and smarter collaboration
New features within Pega Blueprint support deeper analysis of legacy assets, including the ability to scan videos, diagrams, and code for insights to inform future cloud-ready applications. It also facilitates enhanced collaboration between business and IT teams with version control and guided design capabilities.
Design agents propose workflows based on company knowledge and industry best practices, while runtime agents execute tasks using semantic understanding to maintain compliance and deliver consistent outcomes.
Platform-wide AI integration
Across Pega’s core platforms—including Customer Service, Sales Automation, and the Customer Decision Hub—Infinity '25 brings a series of AI-powered upgrades. These include email authoring tools, performance simulators for service representatives, and intelligent assistants that can automate routine tasks and suggest next-best actions.
The platform also improves cloud migration, enables developers to rapidly build apps from blueprints, and integrates task and process mining for end-to-end workflow analysis.
Availability and future rollout
Pega Infinity '25 is now available to all Pega Cloud customers. The Agentic Process Fabric is expected to be rolled out in the coming weeks. For more information, visit www.pega.com/infinity
