Acer unveils 3D Projectors for SOHO, SME and Education Section

The 3D wave is all set to sweep the visual media, making classroom education more engaging and business presentations impactful as never before. Acer India has announced expansion of its projector portfolio with three new DLP 3D-ready projectors – X1163N, X1263N and P1273 that offer exceptional 3D projection.

Acer has introduced its new range of projectors that feature 3000 ANSI lumens. These projectors are also the first to offer a contrast ratio of 17,000:1, ensuring clarity and brighter colours. The projectors come with a lamp life of 10,000 hours.

With classroom education becoming increasingly interactive, the education vertical has emerged as growing market for projectors. The present-day business environs demand high quality projection capabilities that are portable as well as performance-packed. Always at the forefront of technological innovation, Acer has launched its latest range of 3D-ready projectors that are aimed to address the rapidlyemerging needs for rich imagery from the SME, SMB, SOHO, and education segments, said S Rajendran, Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India.

Acer’s Value Series projectors X1163N and X1263N bring classroom and corporate presentations to life. The X1163N and X1263N are available at Rs.28,499 and Rs.31,599, respectively. P1273 available at a price point of Rs.38,999 is a part of Acer’s Professional and Education series of projectors.

With Acer’s EcoProjection technology, the standby power consumption of the projectors is reduced by up to 80 per cent, from 5W to 1W. In the ExtremeEco mode, the projector’s lamp life can be extended up to 10,000 hours.
