ADG Binod was responsible for VVIP Protection and played a vital role in counter-terrorism and elite security operations. He has held various important positions such as SSP Allahabad, SSP Bareilly, SP Mirzapur, and SSP Faizabad.

Singh’s academic background is as impressive as his professional career. He is a graduate of Hansraj College and the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi. Additionally, he holds an M.Phil. in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras, which provided a strong foundation for his subsequent career in law enforcement.
