ALTEN Group acquires cPrime Inc.

ALTEN Group has announced the acquisition of cPrime Inc. The new merger also aligns cPrime with Calsoft Labs, an ALTEN Group company, to build more comprehensive and innovative products and Enterprise IT solutions for clients with greater speed and quality.
