Array appoints Kaizen as RMA Service Provider

Array Networks Inc. has appointed Kaizen Infoserve, engineering services provider, as their RMA service provider. Kaizen's focussed and neutral RMA services across pan India will fuel Array Networks' long-awaited plan of offering gold class support to its customers, while expanding support services across India. Array Networks will now be able to offer 4 hour/standard NBD replacement service to customers with gold level support agreements.

This new partnership aligns with Array Networks' strategy to provide customized and localized their customer support offerings. Kaizen Infoserve will provide support and services for the entire line of Array Networks' products. With the strong support coming in from Kaizen, Array Networks bolsters its future plans of penetrating deeper into tier-II and -III Indian markets.

Kaizen Infoserve offers a broad range of engineering services in the areas of design engineering, hi-tech manufacturing, collaborative services and technical support and expertise.
