
Cellular Operators’ Association of India (COAI) has welcomed Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) as an Associate Member. ACT Fibernet is a fiber Internet Service Provider with a customer base of over 1.2 million. Headquartered in Bangalore, ACT provides high-speed broadband services across 12 cities and towns in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Delhi.
Rajan S. Mathews, Director General, COAI, welcoming the new member, said, “We welcome ACT on board as an Associate Member. The joint efforts of COAI for the industry and ACT’s expertise in designing, engineering, building and managing fiber broadband services will go a long way in fulfilling Prime Minister Modi’s dream of building a digitally-empowered nation with far corners connected with high-speed broadband. COAI’s Associate Membership comprises companies that manufacture or support the functioning, promotion, research development and evolution of Mobile Communications Services. COAI’s other Associate Members include Google India, Ericsson India, Sterlite Technologies, GTL Infrastructure, Huawei Technologies, Indus Towers, Intel Corporation, Nokia Solutions and Networks, Qualcomm India, Facebook India Online Services, etc.
