The new room system bundles, developed with Sennheiser and certified for Microsoft Teams, mark Barco’s expansion beyond BYOD solutions into secure, fully integrated room systems for seamless hybrid collaboration across small and mid-sized meeting spaces.
Barco has unveiled new ClickShare Hub room system bundles, developed in partnership with audio specialist Sennheiser and officially certified for Microsoft Teams, strengthening its presence in the rapidly evolving hybrid collaboration market.
The certification underscores Barco’s alignment with Microsoft’s meeting room ecosystem and positions ClickShare among the early wireless room systems built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). The newly launched bundles are designed to simplify deployment while delivering enterprise-grade performance, security, and user experience.
Certified bundles for small and medium meeting rooms
The portfolio includes ClickShare Hub Core paired with Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Bar S for small meeting rooms, and ClickShare Hub Pro combined with TeamConnect Bar M for medium-sized spaces. Together, the solutions integrate Barco’s wireless conferencing and presentation capabilities with Sennheiser’s advanced audio and video technology, aiming to deliver consistent, high-quality collaboration across different room sizes.
Built on MDEP, the certified systems are designed to meet enterprise requirements around security and compliance. Barco said the next-generation ClickShare Button allows both employees and guests to share content instantly to the meeting room display, whether participating in a hybrid Teams meeting or presenting locally, without complex setup or cables.
Strategic shift toward integrated room systems
The launch marks a notable step in Barco’s broader strategy to move beyond bring-your-own-device (BYOD) meeting solutions and offer fully integrated, modular room systems. With Microsoft Teams certification, the company is positioning ClickShare as a scalable and future-ready option for organizations looking to standardize their collaboration spaces.
