Broadridge India appoints Kiran Hegde as its Chief Financial Officer

Leading provider of technology-driven solutions for the financial services industry, Broadridge has announced the appointment of Kiran Hegde as Chief Financial Officer, India. In this role, Kiran will oversee key finance functions, collaborating closely with both India and global stakeholders to drive financial excellence, operational rigor, and large-scale transformation initiatives in support of Broadridge’s growth objectives.

Kiran brings 27 years of experience across a broad spectrum of finance domains. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Finance Shared Services at Dell Technologies, where he led financial planning and analysis, financial operations, risk management, and enterprise-wide finance transformation programs. Prior to this, he held multiple leadership roles at Dell, contributing to long-term process transformation and operational improvement.
