In exercise of the power conferred under Article 111 of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, Bharat Sanchar Nigma Limited (BSNL) has appointed V. Ramesh, Chief General Manager (CGM), BSNL to the post of Director(Enterprise). BSNL in the scale of pay of Rs 75,000-1,00,000/-(IDA scale of pay), with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post till 31.07.2024 i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The detailed terms and conditions of appointment of V. Ramesh as Director( Enterprise), BSNL will be governed as per DPE guidelines on the subject and are being issued separately.
