CA Technologies and ExaGrid Systems has announced signing a joint agreement to provide mid-market and small enterprise organizations with quicker, more efficient backup and recovery for both physical and virtual servers. As per the partnership, both the companies will deliver a customized solution combining CA ARCserve D2D image-based backup & recovery software and ExaGrid disk storage and deduplication appliance hardware to reduce storage requirements and related costs while shortening backup windows, speeding recovery, and delivering more reliable offsite disaster recovery.
