Celkon Mobiles has launched its most affordable Android smartphone - Campus Nova A352E - preinstalled with Opera Mini mobile browser. Opera Software has released its latest Opera Mini statistics, which indicate a massive migration of its basic Java phone users to Android phones. Celkon and Opera Software have joined hands and are focussing on acquiring more Android phone users in India.
While some Indian brands recently launched sub 2K semi-smart phones powered by Non-Android operating system with a limited inbuilt memory, and no Play Store access, Celkon went one step ahead and launched Campus Nova A352E, a proper Android smartphone that sports all features of Android with a better and a decent 512MB internal memory.
Celkon A352E Android smartphone is priced at around Rs.2,000, making it the most affordable smartphone. It comes with a 3.5-inch screen, dual-SIM, 1 Ghz processor, 2MP camera, 256 RAM, 512 ROM (expandable up to 32GB), GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity options. It runs on Android O.S. It comes preinstalled with the Opera Mini web browser for accessing the internet.
