Channel partners are the last mile in Vertiv’s sales channel

“Establishing a reliable partner network is critical for Vertiv to establish relationships with our customers and drive growth. The Vertiv Partner Program (VPP) in India offers channel partners end-to-end, including easy access to sales and marketing tools, product documentation, and other partner-related information. Furthermore, our dedicated Partner Portal provides them with access to the most recent online and in-person training courses, with collaborative capabilities.
The Vertiv Partner Programme enables channel partners to be well-informed of all details of products and services, for best supporting their customers with recommendations or information. With a focused Vertiv Partner Program, they receive training, learn about all new offers, and build confidence in their understanding of the products to help in addressing any inquiries customers may have.
This year, Vertiv enhanced its Vertiv Partner Program further for channel partners. The expanded Vertiv Incentive Program (VIP) includes a dedicated reward store for resellers to purchase items ranging from the latest electronics and gift cards for interesting experiences.
We have also launched the Vertiv XR app to make it easier for our channel partners to view our products in 3D. Additionally, we’ve set up a Vertiv Marketing Center platform which enables Partner Portal experience with the latest marketing automation functionality. It is designed to help channel partners generate leads and grow revenue, by directing the right prospects to them.
We constantly motivate our partners to share feedback about our products and stay connected with us so we can provide continuous support to them. Our two-way communication channel also enables us to share product information or information related to upgrades with our partners in a timely manner.”
