The best practices adopted for remote working:
We have made a lot of valuable IT infrastructure investments to support our team members in working from home and made arrangements for those whose work requires them to come to the office. We try to conduct all our internal and customer meetings through digital channels and use highly secured and reliable software to do that.
In the office we have made special seating arrangements so that we can maintain physical distancing as much as possible in the premises as well, wearing masks and regular and proper sanitization of workstations and other areas.
On the role of CISOs:
CISOs establish security policies that the company should adopt and adhere to, always be compliant and keep data secured. JNR management in particular deals with data security products and we always have very meaningful and fruitful discussions with CISOs of our client companies. They demand top-notch technologies; this is what drives us and keeps us motivated. So, we agree that CISO is a very important position for every technology-driven company and in the coming years is going to gain much more importance.
