Clavister has appointed four new board members. The Board of Directors now consists of: Peter Dahlander, Chairman, former Senior Financial Analyst, Carnegie and Svenska Handelsbanken; Peter Johansson, Founder and CEO, Clavister; Torbjörn Nilsson (new), Former Senior VP Marketing & Strategic Business Development, Ericsson; Roland Svensson (new), Former VP Portfolio Management BMUM Ericsson, Former CEO Drutt Corporation; Karl-Henrik Sundström (new), CFO of NXP Semiconductors; and Hadar Cars (new), Investment Manager, Industrifonden.
Peter Johansson said, “We are now moving into the next phase and with that come the need of strengthening our board. The new members will bring experience and expertise in the telecom and IT security industry. They offer a depth of understanding and rich knowledge about our industry, our client needs, today’s and tomorrow’s and our technology that will boost our innovation and growth.”
