CommScope unveils Wireless Tower Solutions for Operators

For enabling fiber-to-the-antenna (FTTA) site deployments, CommScope has announced to introduce a comprehensive solution for wireless operators. The FTTA Turnkey Solution of CommScope will ensure to standardize remote radio unit (RRU) installation, while bringing consistency and performance assurance to a technologically and logistically complex application.

The FTTA Turnkey Solution includes the optional Andrew SiteRise tower solution to provide pre-assembly and pre-testing of all RF equipment prior to hoisting up the tower. This solution was first deployed by international operator Ooredoo.
