CtrlS has announced its overseas operations by starting a new datacenter in San Diego, California United States. The launch of overseas operations is an initiative to offer IT Infrastructure and quality services like Disaster Recovery, Remote Infrastructure Management and Cloud Services for existing customers targeting the western markets.
The Datacenter will provide numerous benefits to customers including reduced response time through management of Indian and US servers, higher accountability under single uptime SLA, invoicing in Indian currency, local number calling support and access to senior resources as per Indian time zone. The datacenter offers higher bandwidth servers at a similar or lesser price when compared to Indian servers.
