CYBERNETYX reveals expansion plan for Indian Operations

CYBERNETYX has revealed its directions and expansion plan for Indian operations.
CYBERNETYX products like EyeRIS, IntelliSpace, UNIBOARD and EyeSIGHT have changed the very definition of product categories like Multitouch Surfaces, Interactive Whiteboard Systems, Visualizers, Document Cameras, Response Systems, etc are bringing in an unprecedented convergence, natural user interfaces (NUI) and superior user experience. In India, CYBERNETYX is focussed on providing its clients with cost-effective ICT equipment and software solutions.

Ramya Chatterjee, Director - Sales & Marketing, CYBERNETYX, shared, "We are in the process to grow our Indian operations exponentially. Closing FY’12-13, our YoY business growth is 185%. Currently, we have 50+ billing locations across India through our National Distributor(s) and 260+ city presences for after-sales service / support / implementation infrastructure through our ASPs."

CYBERNETYX has set up a dedicated service helpdesk and customer care at Noida to enable partners / customers for technical support, troubleshooting and enablement. CYBENETYX is currently expanding their team in Software Development, Operations, Sales, QA/QC and Implementation. They are in the process to take additional new offices in Noida and Bangalore to support their growing business in India.

CYBERNETYX is also looking at taking their Interactive Whiteboard and other related products to Class “B” and Class “C” cities and looking for credible / loyal channel partners / dealers.
