Cygnet Infotech has been recently nominated as one of the leading technology providers for GST (Goods and Services Tax) – Suvidha. Touted as the biggest reform in the Indian tax structure, GST aims to eliminate tax barrier between states and create a single marketplace.
GSTN (Goods and Service Tax Network) is building the technological infrastructure for implementation of GST and finalized 34 organizations as GST Suvidha Providers (GSP). Cygnet Infotech, along with other 33 GSPs including TCS, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Mastek and more, will offer support and services to help tax-payers and businesses in compliance.
GSTN had initially released a list of 48 organizations from over 200 applications received.
