A premium range of DH-NVR3204-P/3208-P/3216-P, the 1U PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) Network Video Recorder (NVR), has been introduced by Dahua Technology and is being made available in 4, 8 and 16 Channels in India. The video recorder is especially developed for supporting mega pixel video recording and is equipped with detecting and installing network cameras automatically with providing true “Plug & Play” simplicity.
While installing Dahua NVRs with IP cameras (4/8/16 channels), a user doesn’t have to configure any settings like user’s name, password, etc, making an ideal edge and easy recording solution for system integrators/installers from small-to medium-sized surveillance projects. Supporting up to 16 channels in both H.264 and MJPEG formats, the Dahua NVRs provide several recording options, including alarm recording, scheduled recording and manual recording. In addition, this new range offers a user-friendly interface where users can configure network settings as well as control camera movement.
The integrated PoE feature reduces cabling problems, making Dahua NVRs a cost-effective recording system. The NVRs are built on 4-port PoE switch, connecting 4 cameras directly to the NVR with a single cable for power and video signal. With large storage capacity, users can record high-definition video streams from megapixel cameras for long periods without worrying about running out of storage capacity. Dahua NVRs can be monitored using CMS (DSS/PSS) and DMSS softwares, providing users a scalable solution for project applications. Moreover, users are able to monitor remotely by using iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones.
