Alienware 16 Aurora debuts as the first laptop in the Aurora series, featuring Intel Core Series 2 processors, RTX 50 GPUs with Blackwell architecture, advanced cooling, and a refined, portable design with aluminum and magnesium alloy construction
Dell Technologies and Alienware have introduced the Alienware 16 Aurora laptop in India, targeting gamers seeking both high performance and portability. The device will be available exclusively during Amazon Prime Day from July 12 to 14, 2025, with a starting price of ₹129,990. Broader availability will follow from July 17 through Dell’s official website, Dell Exclusive Stores, and select retail partners including Croma, Reliance Digital, and Vijay Sales.
The Alienware 16 Aurora is the first laptop in the brand’s Aurora lineup. It features the latest Intel Core (Series 2) processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, equipped with NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture and AI acceleration. The laptop is designed to support demanding AAA titles, backed by Alienware’s Cryo-tech thermal architecture for sustained performance.
With up to 115W Total Performance Power and 85W GPU power, it supports PCIe Gen 4 SSDs and upgradeable DDR5 memory slots. The Aurora offers portability through a refined chassis, replacing the traditional rear thermal shelf with a more compact design. Constructed with an anodized aluminum lid and magnesium alloy interior, it balances durability and comfort.
Dell has introduced the laptop in a new Interstellar Indigo finish. A redesigned Cryo-Chamber cooling solution improves airflow, with dual fans and copper heat pipes maintaining stable temperatures under load. A single-button Stealth Mode activates Quiet Mode, reducing fan noise and enhancing battery life during non-gaming tasks.
The Alienware 16 Aurora features a 16-inch WQXGA display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300 nits brightness, and full sRGB coverage. It also includes ComfortView Plus for reduced eye strain. Audio is powered by Dolby Audio through 2W stereo speakers. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and an RJ-45 Ethernet port for stable, high-speed gaming experiences.
