FAIITA needs to be proactive

Devesh Rastogi, President, UPCDA: I see FAIITA as a proactive association, dealing in two ways – opportunity and challenges. We have to look for new business opportunities for the members and work towards that. We have a number of challenges like OLS, national distributors, credit, channel ethics. As a national association, we have to be proactive in all of them.
Communication to the last mile is an important issue. FAIITA has to reach up to the last retail point.
