Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's vision to provide free Wi-Fi across Delhi will take at least a year to materialize. The CM also said his government is ready with a blueprint for power and water supply to improve the quality of life.
While modalities for providing Wi-Fi are being worked out, sources say it will not be an unlimited free service. AAP members say free Wi-Fi may be provided to each user for, perhaps, half an hour in a day with restrictions on downloading.
Besides talking about free Wi-Fi, the CM discussed his plans for water and power.
