The gateprotect Next Generation Firewall is now available in version 9.4.

Innovative new security features such as a significantly higher-performing antivirus scan and an enhanced reporting module assure the most effective protection against cyber-attacks. The gateprotect firewall developed in Germany now comes with a fully Windows-8 compatible administration client and may optionally be enhanced to form a W-LAN access point.

All models of the GPO series may as of now be upgraded with a W-LAN module or purchased as GPOW with an integrated W-LAN module.

Version 9.4 also supports the new gateprotect UTM platform GPO 110, the cost-efficient all-round protection for small office and home office customers with up to 15 users. Like all gateprotect appliances, the GPO 110 may be configured and managed extremely easily thanks to the patented eGUI technology.
