GlobalLogic has appointed Zaheer Allam as its Chief Customer Officer (CCO), reporting directly to the CEO. Working closely with the rest of the leadership team, the CCO will be responsible for GlobalLogic’s customer advocacy programs worldwide and for ensuring client success is at the core of the company’s growth strategy.
Allam is moving into this new position from his previous role as Chief Delivery Officer and Global Engineering Head. In that position, he had the unique opportunity to forge strong relationships with GlobalLogic’s clients. The CCO role is a natural extension of that role, in which he will lead GlobalLogic’s customer success teams and expand customer satisfaction and advocacy capabilities and standards to a global level. In addition, he will oversee all aspects of the company’s customer service strategy, and will provide a comprehensive view of the client experience to create initiatives focused on maximizing customer retention, developing more efficient processes, and facilitating client communications.

In his previous role at GlobalLogic, Allam was responsible for more than 13,000 professionals worldwide, overseeing engineering, delivery operations, and global talent acquisition in 25 engineering centres, spread across six countries. His experience ranges from innovative startups to large global companies. An engineer at his core, he began his career in the automotive sector with Ford Motor Company, went on to have successful tenures at Ericsson, Metricom, and Mobility Networks. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Allam was Chief Product Officer at Polaris Wireless, where he was responsible for all product development and Test/QA across multiple platforms and product lines.
