GoTo has successfully hosted its India Partner Summit 2025 in Mumbai, celebrating collaboration, innovation, and accelerated growth. Themed “GoTogether: Celebrate. Innovate. Accelerate,” the summit united GoTo’s top-performing Indian technology partners to recognize milestones and share the company’s future-forward roadmap.
A major announcement at the summit was GoTo’s transition to Indian Rupee (INR) billing, replacing USD billing to offer Indian partners and SMBs improved pricing flexibility, predictability, and insulation from currency fluctuations. The move reflects GoTo’s commitment to localizing its services and addressing market-specific challenges.
GoTo showcased robust growth in the Indian market with 33% channel expansion and 27% YoY business growth in 2024–2025, underscoring its increasing relevance across high-impact sectors like BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, BPO, Aviation, and Consulting.
Mathew Philip, Senior Director & Head – Global SIs and India, GoTo, emphasized, “Our growth in India is deeply rooted in our partner-first approach. The INR billing shift and our AI innovations reflect our commitment to meeting real-world business needs while supporting our partners’ success.”
Another key highlight was the relaunch of the LogMeIn brand within GoTo’s IT product suite, introducing AI-driven updates to LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue. These tools are designed to simplify IT management and deliver smarter, more efficient support experiences. Currently, five of India’s top six Global System Integrators (GSIs) rely on LogMeIn Rescue to deliver secure IT support across large workforces and global clients.
