To set a new benchmark in customer service and support in the Professional Audio industry, HARMAN has announced the launch of its toll-free helpline for channel partners and customers across India. The toll-free helpline 1800-208-8880 has become operational from October 2013.
This toll-free helpline will complement the wide network of HARMAN Service centres across India for HARMAN Professional brands including AKG, BSS, Crown, dbx, JBL, Lexicon, Soundcraft & Studer and Martin Professional range of lighting and video equipment. The helpline will be operational from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week with language support in English and Hindi. The toll-free helpline address queries related to products, application and after-sales with increased accessibility to customers from every corner of the country.

HARMAN Professional is also strengthening and extending their support and service in South India with the launch of another Authorized Service Centre in Chennai, this November.
HARMAN has partnered with Flyjac Logistics to provide the infrastructure and technical support for this toll-free helpline.
