The Rescue Message Center has been a library of great content including product guides and updates, best practices for users, and more helping customers get the most out of their Rescue implementation. And today, we are excited to reveal a redesigned Message Center for LogMeIn Rescue customers. Just as Rescue enables organizations to provide superior support to their employees and customers, we want to do the same for our Rescue users. We created the Message Center to empower Rescue users to solve problems quicker, smarter, and easier.
Bottom line, if you aren’t using the Message Center, you should give it a try. Here’s why:
- Access relevant information faster. With our new interface, it is easier to find, filter, and access all the content available including product guides, support tools, and the latest tips & tricks to save Rescue technicians time.
- Provides Rescue technicians with more information at their fingertips. Here users can learn about product features and how to utilize Rescue to its full capacity. The more knowledgeable the user, the better equipped they are to solve problems smarter (and faster).
- The Message Center is a central repository for Rescue technicians. We’ve aggregated all our product and customer support documentation in one place to simplify the Rescue user experience. All this information and more is available and accessible through the Message Center.
