HP introduces New Printing Solutions at China Print 2013
HP has announced that its B2-format HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press solutions have received wide acceptance in the market, which is helping printing companies in Asia-Pacific and worldwide grow their businesses through increased efficiency and a wider range of digital print applications. HP further revealed that it has installed more than 6,000 Indigo Presses and 100 HP Inkjet Web Presses worldwide as of the end of January 2013. Installations of the HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press are completed in 11 countries which include China, Taiwan, India and Australia.
Gido van Praag, VP & GM, Graphics Solutions Business, HP Asia-Pacific and Japan, said, Printing companies are facing immense pressure to expand their services and add new capabilities to remain competitive in the marketplace. HP’s expanded graphics portfolio, introduced one year ago at drupa 2012, is fuelling the industry transformation from analogue to digital printing by helping our customers expand their range of applications, go after high-value pages and grow their businesses.
The company has introduced a new red-fluorescing invisible ink for the HP Indigo 7000, 7500 and 7600 Digital Presses at China Print 2013. HP also introduced Enhanced Productivity Mode (EPM) for the HP Indigo 3550 Digital Press. Also at China Print 2013, HP will feature the HP Indigo W7250 and WS6600 Digital Presses designed to help printing companies increase productivity and efficiency of their HP Indigo digital presses.
Designed for small printing companies, HP has unveiled the Designjet L26100 printer. The 61-inch HP Designjet L26100 Printer also delivers reliable, low-maintenance printing and fast delivery times with prints that dry inside the printer, ready for immediate finishing or use.
