TTI Technologies proprietary scanning software uses the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technique to scan documents like the passport, driving license and voter’s card, and update this information into a hotels property management system or ERP.
The identity management software is customizable to work with almost any Windows-based application.It allows users to preview and edit scanned documents, and also has an option to capture the entire id image or just the facial photo. Users can scan and save multiple images per guest and access OCR and Barcode recognition.
All this information can be scanned within minutes and stored directly to in a hotel’s property management system.
