Breaking News
At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Arinox AI and KOGO introduced what they describe as India’s first sovereign “AI-in-a-box” system, designed to help enterprises deploy artificial intelligence entirely on-premises while retaining full control over their data.
The solution, branded CommandCORE, is built around the idea of private, localised AI computing. Unlike cloud-dependent AI models, the system is engineered to function without continuous internet connectivity, allowing organisations to process sensitive data within their own infrastructure. The companies say this approach addresses growing concerns around data security, privacy, and the risks associated with third-party AI integrations.
Raj K Gopalakrishnan, CEO and Co-Founder of KOGO, emphasized that enterprises must retain ownership of their intelligence. According to him, sharing contextual enterprise data with external AI platforms may expose operational insights, particularly in sensitive industries such as finance, defence, and government services.
Built for Secure, On-Premise AI Deployment
CommandCORE combines customised Nvidia hardware with KOGO’s agentic operating system and an enterprise agent suite that integrates more than 500 workflow connectors. The platform supports multiple deployment configurations, ranging from compact edge systems to large-scale data centre clusters.
The companies have partnered with Nvidia and Qualcomm for the agentic AI stack, with the latest iteration powered by Nvidia hardware. Enterprises can choose from three configurations, capable of running models ranging from 1 billion to 30 billion parameters, depending on workload complexity. Larger configurations can scale further for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Pricing for the entry-level configuration starts at ₹10 lakh.
Cost Efficiency alongside Data Sovereignty
Beyond security, the companies are pitching economic efficiency as a key advantage. By enabling edge processing, enterprises can filter and analyse large volumes of data locally before transmitting only essential information to the cloud. This approach can significantly reduce bandwidth usage and cloud computing costs.
Arinox AI and KOGO are targeting regulated sectors where compliance, confidentiality, and operational control are critical. As enterprises expand AI adoption, the sovereign AI model aims to offer a controlled, scalable alternative to public cloud-based AI deployments.
