Infogain appoints PK Karnik as SVP and GM of High-Technology Business Unit

Infogain has named Prashant K. (PK) Karnik as the new Senior Vice-President & General Manager of its High-Technology Business Unit. A current member of the Infogain’s Board of Directors, he brings more than two-and-a-half decades of service industry experience to the role.

Infogain’s President & CEO Kapil Nanda said, “I have known PK for many years, as both a customer and as a board member. He possesses a vast understanding of our space and has a track record of successfully managing and growing global teams across various geographies.”

Karnik comes to Infogain with an extensive work history as a senior executive with companies such as HP, Chordiant and, most recently, Imperva. He has served on the Infogain’s Board of Directors for the past four years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, India and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Rutgers University. He also has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
