Tech Summit 2013 organised by ISODA (Infotech Software Dealers Association) will be held in Phuket, and will take place from the 23rd to 26th of January 2013. The first edition of the summit was at Bangkok, and last year’s was at Singapore. This gathering includes more than 120 delegates-executives from vendor companies and more than 85 decision-makers of partner organizations from India.
The theme of this year’s Tech Summit is “Together we can”. This year’s edition has Oracle as the Platinum Sponsor, and VMware is participating as a Gold Sponsor. The silver partners include Vision Solutions / TechnoBind, Commvault, Microsoft, Websense, and Kaspersky. Other vendor companies associated with the event include Software One, McAfee, Trend Micro, Tally Solutions, and Kryptos.
The Summit would see the presence of not only stakeholders (Directors/CEOs) of partner organizations from tier-1 cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad but also from mid tier cities like Jammu, Baroda, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Cochin, and Surat this year.
One of the special attractions of the summit would be the launch of a free mobile app called 'ISODA' for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone users. The delegates and general public can access the detailed proceedings of the event, including agenda, speakers’ profiles and other important details on their mobiles. Delegates can even schedule specific meeting requests through this app informs Sudarsan Ranganathan, secretary, ISODA.
