Our IT ServiceDesk uses smart Assistant system based on past similar issues logged by our usersand makes use ofknowledge management providing quick solution as they type in an issue saving them valuable time. The Advanced Machine learning used in our anti malware system analyses trillions of examples of good and bad files that are contained in global intelligence network to ensure malware free end points.
The smart email categorisation based on simple rules allowing our users focusing on the things that have higher priority from the rest. There are several such examples that can be applied and used in everyday work life.
The new IT function is very agile, has our customers at the center of IT Strategy and is much more innovative than ever before. The business is relying on IT function to be able to develop – or partner appropriately to deliver – an infrastructure that enables them to leverage the capabilities of technologies such as cloud computing, virtualisation and artificial intelligence, all of which have quickly become essential part ofour business success.
