The collaboration will see ITC Infotech deploy Gemini Enterprise across its operations before extending proven AI frameworks, automation capabilities and industry-specific solutions to customers seeking to scale enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI.
ITC Infotech has entered into a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate its transformation into an agentic AI-first enterprise while expanding AI-driven services for customers worldwide. As part of the collaboration, the technology services company will deploy Gemini Enterprise across its own operations before leveraging the experience to help enterprises implement AI at scale.
The company said it will serve as its own "customer zero", validating Google's agentic AI platform internally to develop implementation methodologies, operational best practices and reusable technical blueprints. The approach is intended to provide customers with practical deployment experience backed by measurable business outcomes rather than pilot projects or proof-of-concept implementations.
According to ITC Infotech, enterprises are increasingly looking for technology partners that have firsthand experience in deploying AI across business functions, particularly as organisations move from experimentation to large-scale AI adoption.
"As enterprises move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, they are looking for partners who have successfully navigated that journey themselves," said Manas Chakraborty, Managing Director & CEO, ITC Infotech. "Our wall-to-wall deployment of Gemini Enterprise anchors our own agentic-first strategy, driving non-linear, AI-led progress for our business. It also ensures we build deep operational expertise, and proprietary IP to deliver next-generation, AI-driven outcomes for our customers worldwide.”
AI deployment to transform internal operations
The enterprise-wide rollout of Gemini Enterprise will span multiple business functions within ITC Infotech, with the company aiming to improve operational efficiency and automate complex workflows.
In software engineering, Gemini Enterprise will support Antigravity, ITC Infotech's AI-led development initiative, to enhance software development productivity, simplify legacy application migration, reduce code complexity and accelerate application modernisation projects.
The partnership also focuses on expanding the use of autonomous AI agents. ITC Infotech plans to move beyond prompt-based AI interactions by building specialised AI agents capable of collaborating across enterprise systems and data sources. These multi-agent workflows are expected to automate complex internal processes while contributing to the company's proprietary AI intellectual property within a secure enterprise environment.
In addition, Gemini Enterprise will be integrated across corporate functions including human resources, finance, legal and administration. The deployment is expected to automate processes such as request-for-proposal (RFP) preparation, internal IT and HR service management, and financial invoice auditing.
Industry-focused AI solutions planned
Beyond internal transformation, the partnership aims to extend validated AI capabilities to enterprise customers through joint innovation initiatives.
ITC Infotech and Google Cloud plan to establish dedicated AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across multiple cities to develop Google Cloud AI expertise, create industry-specific AI frameworks and build enterprise agent solutions. The companies also intend to develop AI accelerators for sectors including consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, hospitality and manufacturing by combining ITC Infotech's deployment experience with its domain expertise.
“ITC Infotech’s deployment of Gemini Enterprise across its entire strong workforce represents an exceptional commitment to operational excellence,” said Sashi Sreedharan, Managing Director, Google Cloud India. “By standardizing its daily workflows on Google Cloud AI, ITC Infotech is gaining deep, practical experience with advanced automation at scale. Through our close collaboration, we are combining this firsthand insight with Google Cloud's AI ecosystem to deliver market-ready solutions. Together, we are uniquely positioned to empower organizations worldwide to safely and effectively scale their own AI initiatives.”
