For India’s exemplary contribution in cyber-security and skill in tutoring ability, students from DEAKIN University, travelled all the way to India for a short term internship program on AI in cyber-security offered by K7 Academy, a division of K7 Computing a pioneer in cyber-security in partnership with VIT Chennai.
Artificial Intelligence in cyber-security is an emerging technology that supports in detecting threats and other potentially malicious activities. AI can rapidly analyse swathes of situations and behaviours to spot the threat needles that correspond to malicious activity. This helps the cyber security firms keep abreast of latest risks in short time frames. K7 Academy, an alpha geek in cyber-security education conducted this 30-day educational program for the students from DEAKIN University that covers vulnerability assessment, network monitoring, malware detection and application of AI in traffic monitoring for the second consecutive year.
DEAKIN a public university in Australia ranks 211 in the prestigious Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), partnered with Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai for the global exchange program on AI in cyber-security, conducted by K7 Academy.
Commenting on the educational programs, K Purushothaman, CEO, K7 Computing said, “Cyber-security is an emerging technology that opens up varied avenues for jobs in IT/ITES industries. K7 Academy has been constantly conducting road shows and workshops, offering internship programs on cyber-security across various colleges in the country.
