Kaseya acquires Cloud Solutions Provider Rover Apps

To provide market-leading security for mobile BYOD users, Kaseya has announced the complete acquisition of Cloud solutions provider Rover Apps. This purchase will also enable users to securely work with enterprise resources using their personal devices without giving up complete control of the device to the enterprise.
 
With this acquisition, MSPs and enterprises can now secure their corporate information on mobile devices without affecting users’ personal data.

The Rover Apps solution is available in two versions on a mobile device. The secure web browser version allows secure access to corporate intranets and web apps. On the other hand, the secure mobile suite version adds security to email and document access.
