Lenovo has expanded its premium creator laptop portfolio with the global launch of the Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11, bringing AMD's Strix Halo platform, a 165 Hz OLED display and up to 128 GB of memory to a thin-and-light form factor aimed at AI developers and creative professionals.
The new 15-inch laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor with integrated Radeon 8060S graphics, replacing the Intel and Nvidia combination used in the recently launched Yoga Pro 7 15IPH11.
One of the standout features is its ability to allocate up to 96 GB of VRAM from its shared LPDDR5X-8000 memory, enabling local AI inference, large language model workloads and graphics-intensive applications that typically require dedicated workstation GPUs.
Lenovo offers the laptop with up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X-8000 RAM and dual SSD slots, providing flexibility for professionals working with large datasets, AI models and high-resolution media files.
The device features a 15-inch OLED display with a 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate and peak HDR brightness of 1,100 nits, targeting creators who require high refresh rates alongside accurate color reproduction.
Despite the high-performance hardware, the Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 retains a relatively compact profile, measuring 347 x 242 x 16.7 mm and housing an 84 Wh battery with support for 140 W USB Type-C fast charging.
The launch reflects a broader industry shift toward AI PCs that rely on powerful integrated graphics and unified memory architectures rather than discrete GPUs for many AI and creative workloads.
AMD's Strix Halo platform has gained attention for combining high-core-count CPUs with workstation-class integrated graphics, allowing thin laptops to handle AI development, content creation and engineering applications without the size and power requirements of traditional gaming or workstation systems.
The Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 joins Lenovo's recently introduced Legion 7a 15ASH11, another Strix Halo-powered device, as the company expands its portfolio of AI-focused laptops across both creator and gaming segments.
Lenovo has yet to announce pricing or market availability for the Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11, although product listings on the company's PSREF database suggest a broader rollout across Europe and North America is planned.
