The Blackberrys premium brand of menswear is sold to 200 exclusive stores, 1,000 other stores and online. In a highly competitive industry where companies must retain and strengthen customer loyalty to succeed, Mohan Clothing embarked on an innovation strategy designed to provide its customers with more collections throughout the year.
Based on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, “My Collection” industry solution experience provides a unified digital environment to manage the entire lifecycle of a collection: inspiration, ideation, planning, design, development, merchandising, visual assortment planning and product marketing.
Following a rapid six-month implementation period for “My Collection,” Mohan Clothing’s teams now have access to a single source of data to efficiently manage multiple product categories and any last-minute changes to a collection’s launch, all while ensuring product quality.
