Motorola launches Moto G52 in India
US-based Motorola launched a new smartphone Moto G52 starting at Rs 14,499 for the 4GB+64GB storage option and Rs 15,499 for the 6GB+128GB storage option. The smartphone features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ pOLED display. The display’s refresh rate can also be changed between 90Hz and 60Hz.
The Motorola G52 is one of the few phones that bring a near-stock Android experience. It runs Android 12-based MyUX skin with Motorola’s nifty features. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chip, along with Adreno 610 GPU and up to 6GB RAM.
On the back of the Motorola G52, there is a 50-megapixel main camera with an F1.8 lens. Accompanying this sensor is an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. On the front of the phone, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W turboPower fast-charging support. The Motorola G52 comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The sensor also allows payment authentication on apps such as Paytm.
The Motorola G52 supports sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. The first sale of the phone is on May 3 on Flipkart, and HDFC Bank credit card users are eligible for an instant discount of Rs 1,000.
