This marks the launch of CMF’s first ‘Pro’ smartphone, highlighting Nothing’s push to bring enhanced performance and premium features to the competitive mid-range segment
Nothing’s sub-brand CMF has expanded its portfolio in India with the official launch of the CMF Phone 2 Pro and the new CMF Buds 2 series. This marks the debut of the first ‘Pro’ variant under the CMF smartphone range, signalling the brand’s intent to deliver higher performance and premium features in the mid-range category.
Available in four stylish colours—White, Black, Light Green, and Orange—the handset is aimed at design-conscious users who don’t want to compromise on performance.
Design and specifications
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is designed with a minimalist aesthetic and slim profile, measuring just 7.8mm thick. It incorporates a premium build with a refined aluminum camera ring and signature stainless steel screws, maintaining the design language synonymous with the CMF series.
On the front, the device boasts a 6.77-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, offering an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, peak brightness of 3000 nits, and support for 1.07 billion colours. The high-quality panel ensures vibrant visuals, whether you're streaming content or gaming on the go.
Under the hood, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G processor, based on an energy-efficient 4nm architecture. The CMF Phone 2 Pro runs Nothing OS 3.2 based on Android 15, providing a near-stock Android experience with custom CMF enhancements. Key software features include the "Essential Space" for streamlined app interactions and a “Privacy Space” that allows users to secure sensitive apps and files separately from the main interface.
Cameras and battery
Photography enthusiasts can benefit from a triple-lens setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. On the front, a 16MP camera handles selfies and video calls with ease.
Coupled with up to 8GB of RAM, the phone delivers smooth multitasking and reliable 5G connectivity. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery, capable of supporting extended usage, and supports 33W wired fast charging.
The device also features enhanced cooling technology with an advanced liquid cooling system, a heat-dissipating cryogenic frame, and a dedicated heat pipe, ensuring optimal thermal management even during intensive tasks like gaming.
