Oracle has unveiled a new suite of Fusion Agentic Applications aimed at transforming enterprise operations across finance, supply chain, human resources, and customer experience, as the company deepens its push into AI-driven business automation.
Built into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the new tools leverage coordinated teams of specialized AI agents designed to reason, decide, and act within business processes. Unlike traditional AI assistants, these “agentic” applications are engineered to autonomously execute tasks while operating within predefined enterprise guardrails.
According to Steve Miranda, the applications are designed to address persistent operational inefficiencies. “Finance and supply chain teams are under constant pressure to do more with fewer resources, but much of their time is still spent on manual processes,” he said, adding that the new system enables a shift from passive productivity to proactive execution.
Oracle has introduced 12 applications across ERP and supply chain functions, including tools for claims settlement, logistics monitoring, sourcing, and warehouse operations. These applications aim to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve working capital by automating routine processes and surfacing critical exceptions.
The company also rolled out eight agentic applications for HR under its Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. These include tools for hiring, workforce scheduling, employee support, and career development. Chris Leone said the goal is to help HR teams move away from fragmented workflows toward more proactive and data-driven decision-making.
In customer experience (CX), Oracle launched five applications focused on sales, service, and marketing. These include command centers for sales and marketing, as well as tools to improve contract compliance and customer service operations, with an emphasis on revenue growth and customer retention.
All applications are supported by Oracle AI Agent Studio, which allows enterprises to build and deploy custom AI agents using reusable components without traditional development. The platform also includes built-in monitoring, ROI measurement, and safety controls to ensure responsible AI deployment.
The launch comes as enterprises increasingly seek AI solutions that go beyond insights to execution. However, Oracle’s move also highlights the broader industry challenge of balancing automation with oversight, as companies look to integrate autonomous systems into core business operations.
