PayPal to buy Hyperwallet worth $400 million

According to a news source, PayPal has announced to acquire e-commerce payout platform Hyperwallet. The deal is worth $400 million. The acquisition will enable the company to provide a full end-to-end suite of payments services to buyers and sellers using online marketplaces.
Upon closing, PayPal and Braintree merchants will gain localized, multi-currency payment distribution capabilities with numerous disbursement options, including prepaid card, bank account, debit card, cash pickup, check and PayPal.
The transaction may close in Q4 of 2018.
