She previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of HUL, where she led several award-winning campaigns and helped expand the company’s digital and sustainability initiatives. Nair is widely credited for strengthening the brand equity of HUL’s flagship products, including Dove, Surf Excel, and Lifebuoy.
