Russian President Vladimir Putin's State Visit to India on December 4–5, 2025, for the 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit, marks a pivotal moment. His first visit since 2021 reaffirms the resilience of their long-standing partnership despite global geopolitical shifts caused by the Ukraine conflict.
