After leading Microsoft India as its Managing Director for two years, he joined Google India as Vice-President - Sales and Operations. With Internet users growing at 50% year-on-year, a strong leadership team will ensure that Google captures this tremendous opportunity.
Anandan is also an active angel investor with a focus on very early stage companies in the Internet, mobile, software and ITeS space. He has a total of 17 early stage investments in start-ups such as luxury brands, e-commerce site Exclusively.in, Hungryzone.com, Gurgaon-based Digilogue Communications and Pune-based Innovize Tech and is on the board of several of them.
He is a member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) and co-founder of Blue Ocean Ventures. He holds an M.Sc. degree from Stanford and a B.Sc. from MIT.
